Aquatots is excited to announce that they will be introducing  Aquanatal Yoga courses (AquaBumps) from the Autumn term. Accredited by the Royal College of Midwives and following the tutoring of Birthlight. 

Our water based Aquanatal Yoga classes are one of the best classes you can do for your body, mind and baby whilst pregnant.

  • Helps to open the pelvis and prepare for labour and birth · 
  • Classes can be attended as early as you feel comfortable ·
